Message	in the animal kindom would do. The problem I see here is the lousy paintjob you got. If Urethane is painted properly it shouldn't have chipped as easy as it did. I would go back to where you got it done and have them repaint it, oh and BTW how close to the ducklings did you come to stop and did you beep your horn? if so that was your mistake.
